Mattias Axell
Co-chair
Mattias runs the Handlingar.se platform, a public web service that helps citizens, companies and associations to request public documents and public data from authorities in Sweden in accordance with the principle of public access to official records and the Data Act. He works as an expert and educator in metadata, open data, shared data and internal data at MetaSolutions AB which is owned by not-for-profit foundation The Swedish Internet Foundation.

August Edström
Secretary
August works as a data engineer for MetaSolutions AB, a company active in the data management domain, situated in Stockholm, Sweden, which is owned by not-for-profit foundation The Swedish Internet Foundation. With his engagement in the board, he aims to broaden his support for data to be available on the Web.

Elenor Weijmar
Board member

Elenor runs the Handlingar.se platform, a service that helps citizens, companies and associations to request information from authorities in Sweden. She also works as a technology trainer and coaches young people in business and entrepreneurship. Works at Public Insight AB.

Gleb Kanunnikau
Board member

Gleb is an IT Architect interested in civic data and especially in analyzing urban and environmental data.

He enjoys projects at the intersection of technologies, culture, activism and open source. He has a deep interest in the use of open data, data analysis and AI tools for conservation and environmental protection and restoration processes.
Aside from data topics, he has also worked with process automation, implementing projects for improving crowdfunding and automating fundraising campaigns for NGOs and civic associations across the EU, from grassroots civic rights associations to international conservation initiatives. Outside of work, he enjoys music and linguistics, using 6 languages with varying degrees of success. Professionally, he works at Capgemini, which is an international IT consultancy, but he does not represent his employer in the Open Knowledge activities in any way.
